Popis: | Josephson tunneling devices hold promise to supercede semiconductors in high performance computer applications since they can be switched extremely fast (≤100 ps), while dissipating very low power (1 μW) and storing data without standby power. This presentation will address potential advantages and problems of this technology when viewed as an alternative to high-performance semiconductor circuitry. |
