Popis:	The scientific article is devoted to the assessment of the prospects for overcoming social and infrastructure deficits accumulated in the Krasnodar region on the basis of the development of the non-state infrastructure sector, capable of implementing not only modern educational standards, but also innovative pedagogical innovations. The conclusion is made that it is neces-sary to continuously improve the quality of social interactions of local and regional character as a fundamental factor determining the scale and effectiveness of local and regional social and eco-nomic processes
