Popis: | The theory of optimal measurements has been created to solve the problem of restoration of a dynamic measurement distorted by deterministic disturbances and stochastic noise, using observation. The restoration of real measurement by real observation is made using specially constructed virtual observation and virtual measurement. During various discussions of this theory there was repeatedly expressed an opinion that it implicitly uses a principle of dependence of measurements on observations. According to this principle, minimizing the difference between real and virtual observations, we minimize the difference between real and virtual measurements. The report shows that the principle of dependence strictly logically follows from the main statements of operator semigroups theory, which are mathematical fundamentals of our theory. |
