РазÑабоÑка конÑепÑии и ÑÑанÑайзинговой ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ ÑÑеÑÑ ÑозниÑной пÑодажи лекаÑÑÑв на пÑимеÑе апÑеÑной ÑеÑи «ÐпÑелÑ». 5. Ðнализ ÑÑÑекÑивноÑÑи пÑедложенной конÑепÑии. The topic of the final qualifying work: "Development of the concept of franchising in the field of retail sale of medicines". This work is devoted to the study of the franchise system in the field of retail sale of medicines and the development of a concept that considers the features of the systems considered. The main tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Study of the theoretical foundations of franchising. 2. Consideration of existing concepts. 3. Analysis of the pharmaceutical industry market. 4. Development of the concept and franchise system for the retail sale of medicines on the example of the pharmacy chain "April". 5. Analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed concept. As a result, a concept was developed that considers the shortcomings of existing methods, and the franchising system was formulated, considering the specifics of the retail sale of medicines. The disadvantages of existing competing franchises were considered. After checking the developed concept, an evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed concept was carried out, based on which it was decided that the proposed project is economically effective for both the franchisor and the franchisee. |
