Popis: | The fundamental questions of the theory of new gyroscopic sensors based on an elastic axisymmetric resonator, namely, a solid-state wave gyroscope (SWG), in a hemispherical quartz resonator of which simultaneously can excite and exist various working forms (modes) of standing waves of elastic vibrations are discussed. In the proposed study, fundamental questions of the theory of new gyroscopic inertial sensors of orientation from the family of “generalized” Foucault pendulum are considered. The fundamental physical effect underlying the functioning of such devices included in the considered class of free gyroscopes is described. The applied aspects of the implementation of the fundamental theory of a new “generalized” uncontrollable Foucault pendulum in high-precision inertial orientation sensors functioning simultaneously on two operating modes of oscillations are presented. The main ways of realizing a two-mode “generalized” uncontrollable Foucault pendulum in modern engineering solutions of a new generation of precision solid-state wave gyroscopes are proposed. |
