Development and research of the carrier module and the mezzanine module of angular velocity

Popis: At present, an urgent task is to develop specialized modules for automation systems built on the basis of controllers series KM-04. They are used for the construction of process to control systems in the oil and gas industry facilities. Specialized modules are used as a part of microprocessor controllers for the collection and processing of information, management of objects in automatic control circuits or as part of a distributed control system at oil and gas facilities, in particular at the PC “Gazprom” facilities. Rotation frequency measuring module is for receiving and high-precision measurement of the frequency of the input signal from the speed sensor and converting it into a digital binary code. The control mezzanine module, with a pulse-width modulation mode is for generating control signals with pulse-width modulation. The mezzanine modules are installed on the carrier module, which is designed for organizing and managing of the mezzanine modules. The objective of this work was to develop a carrier module and the mezzanine module for measuring rotational speed.
