Popis:	Tuberculosis (TB) remains an important public health problem worldwide. Ocular involvement in patients with systemic TB has traditionally been considered uncommon. Diagnosing ocular TB is challenging and often delayed, especially in the absence of pulmonary signs or symptoms typical of TB. Here we describe a case of paradoxical reaction after antituberculosis therapy in an immunocompetent patient with ocular TB.
