Popis: The results of the development and testing of a method for automated processing of radar and multispectral satellite images of medium spatial resolution for all-weather satellite monitoring of natural and anthropogenic emergencies are presented. The work uses two-polarizing C-band images from Sentinel-1A/B satellites and multispectral images in the visible and infrared ranges from Sentinel-2A/B satellites. Due to the high degree of automation, the proposed method can significantly increase the efficiency and reliability of recognition, as well as the accuracy of determining the boundaries and areas of controlled areas when assessing the scale, dynamics, and consequences of emergencies. The testing of the proposed method on a large set of images showed good stability of the results obtained and fairly high stability of the methods and algorithms used. #CSOC1120.
