Popis: | We present magnetisation measurements on (FexNd1−x)0.6B0.4 (0.25⩽x⩽1) amorphous nanoparticles (∼7 nm) obtained by chemical reduction. Samples were characterised by XRD, TEM and light scattering measurements. Our results show a decreasing in the saturation magnetisation and the coercivity with the Nd composition, evidencing a disorder induced by the Nd that breaks the strong exchange between the Fe atoms. An anomalous behaviour is observed at x≈0.85. We associate this behaviour to a cluster-glass order inside the particle produced for this particular concentration. |
