Popis: | The modified dipeptide, Captopril, was studied to determine the effect of lateral functional groups on the decay of biomolecules in resonant reactions of electrons with molecules. The main channels of fragmentation of negative molecular ions were determined, and the characteristic fragment ions were identified. The SH fragment of the lateral substituent of cysteine plays an important role similarly as does the carboxyl fragment of aspartic acid in oligopeptides. |
