Piezoelectric screw feeder is one key component of automation equipment in the electronic packaging industry, it works on resonance, this article will establish an accurate dynamic model which fully considers each part to predict the working state of the whole machine. The essay rebuilt the 3-DOF dynamic model based on related researches, considering both the coupling of the torsional vibration and the vertical vibration of the system and the influence of the rubber foot. The resonance point obtained by theoretical analysis is 1213rad/s, the actual test resonance point is 1196rad/s, and the error of the numerical calculation result of the model is 1.42%. Through the numerical calculation of the theoretical model, it is found that rubber foot has a significant influence on the vibration characteristics of the system. |
