Popis: | A novel approach for design and simulation method of 5V wide supply voltage bandgap reference circuit for automotive application is presented. The main concept of proposal is to scale down the 5V external source by additional voltage converter and use it to supply the main bandgap reference circuit based on 1.8V tolerant planar CMOS devices. A mixed signal approach with an additional analog circuitry was used. The system is designed in 28nm CMOS technological process and simulated using Synopsys mixed mode simulation tools. |
