Popis: Methods: This is a laboratory-based, repeated measures study with a sample of convenience. Asymptomatic individuals participated in the study after providing informed written consent. Electromyographic activity of upper trapezius/supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, posterior deltoid, middle deltoid, pectoralis major, and latissumus dorsi was monitored using a 16 channel wireless Noraxon TeleMyo 2400T G2, at 1500Hz with a gain of 500 and self-adhesive surface Ag/AgCl electrodes. Following maximal voluntary isometric contractions (MVIC) for each muscle group, participants performed four sets of 10 repetitions of shoulder movements in a randomized order
