Popis: | Today the task of ensuring the radiation resistance of ICs for space exploration is very important. To solve this problem, a detailed examination of radiation effects on electronics is required. In this paper, the DPS-NICA project, aimed at solving these problems, is presented, as are preliminary simulation results that confirm the operability of the fundamental methods of this project. |
