Popis:	Research into the etiology, pathology and therapy of schizophrenia has sofar not led to many breakthroughs. Despite the discovery, in the early fifties of the efficacy of neuroleptic drugs, few major advances have since occurred. This is of course in part due to the heterogeneity in the schizophrenic symptomatology but certainly also to the lack of adequate animal models.
