Popis:	The reported paper analyzes mechanisms of plant resistance to biotic factors with a focus on virus-induced lesions. Ultrastructure transformations occurring in leaf cells of virus-infected plants are studied. The work provides data on morphological features of cellular organelles in systemic and local viral lesions of virus-hypersensitive plants.
