Popis: In 2013, the United States was the major global reserve currency representing approximately 60% of the total currency in circulation, however this is unlikely to remain indefinitely. Many economies, have proposed replacing that US dollar as the primary reserve currency. One highly ranked alternative is the Special Drawing Rights (SDR) of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The SDR currently does not have a rapid response system for adjusting the values of the basket of currency that is composed by it. The substantial growth in information and communication systems can facilitate the design and implementation of complex inter-enterprise processes such as to provide a stable management system to instantly adjust the value of a basket of currencies. Employing a systems architectural process it is possible to design a robust information system that can maintain currency stability. The proposed Information and Knowledge Architectures for System Management of a Global Reserve Currency (IKASM-GRC) can provide a system and methodology which can stabilize a new reserve currency. The proposed design is capable of maintaining SDR stability within a desired range. This system would assist in stabilizing global finances.
