Popis:	Some years ago a top executive of a major European space group stated that there was no room for Small and Medium industries in Space. The statement was based on the grounds that Space needs visibility, to achieve public visibility you need large programmes, to exploit large programmes you need large industries. The aim of this article is to show that this need not be the case, that Space SMEs have an important role to play, and that Associations grouping SMEs are the way ahead.
