Popis: | A new conductive adhesive epoxy system based on poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDT) has been formulated and characterized. The bulk resistivity of this system (1 ohm.cm) exceeds antistatic range (103 to 108 ohm.cm) obtained with polyaniline-filled epoxy system. The threshold percolation was obtained with a PEDT concentration of 55 % w/w. Thermal ageing studies show that the conductive adhesive exhibits a good electrical stability up to 120°C under dry atmosphere and up to 60°C under humid atmosphere (40% moisture content). |
