РаÑÑÑиÑан маÑеÑиалÑнÑй баланÑ, в коÑоÑом опÑÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñе колиÑеÑÑва иÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ ÑÑÑÑÑ Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑÑÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ 1 ÑÐ¾Ð½Ð½Ñ Ð³Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ð¾Ð·ÐµÐ¼Ð°. 3. The purpose of this work is to develop technological regulations for the production of metallurgical alumina by Bayer from Diaspora bauxite. The solution to this goal is of practical importance, for UC Rusal in the direct participation of the creation of alumina and Russia's interest in creating jobs and supporting the economy. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. General concepts are given and the main equipment is given in the production of alumina by the Bayer method. 2. The material balance is calculated, in which the necessary quantities of feedstock for 1 ton of alumina are determined. 3. The number of devices required for the process of production of alumina is calculated. 4. The norms of production of finished products, the norms of waste, calculated the loss of raw materials. In this work, the material balance was calculated, on the basis of which the need for equipment for the production of 1,200,000 tons of alumina per year was determined, the amount of emissions and waste was calculated, and methods for the disposal of this waste were given. |
