The tendencies of personnel training for the construction and investment complex of the country over a long period of time are considered. The correlation between the development of the construction industry and the scale of training in higher education has been revealed. The main trends in the development of the complex and some reasons for the decline in the training of personnel for the industry are identified. The importance of multifaceted interaction between the system of professional education of builders and the construction and investment complex is shown. The key to solving the problem of providing personnel with higher education for the construction and investment complex, which lies in the sphere of integrating this cluster of training specialists with the construction industry and reforming both the industry and higher education, is outlined. |
