Popis:	The article presents the results of research on relational governance networks as opposed to formal contracts in terms of corporate profits for vendors. It focuses on risks in the field of software development outsourcing. An overview of related previous studies is provided, along with details of the research protocol, which involved a software services firm in India. It was found that risk exposure varied significantly between vendors and clients, in terms of the benefits of relational governance.
