Next, the chapter will explore the emerging challenge for people to balance work and home post COVID-19 after working from home for over two years. The emergence of digital technology and how it has impacted the global work and life balance will be discussed. Further, it elaborates how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the global workplace and why striking the right work and life balance is a challenge for humankind like never before. Finally, the chapter will conclude by looking into how people and organizations achieve the right balance in the new post-COVID-19 paradigm.
