| Popis: | Приводится психолого-профессиональный портрет главных инженеров проектов (в области проектирования и строительства) на основе анализа результатов социологического исследования, проводившегося в проектных и строительных организациях Пензенской области автором статьи. Полученный психолого-профессиональный портрет даёт возможность определения вектора развития молодым специалистам, сокращая время достижения ими точек профессионального роста. Для этого в Пензенском государственном университете архитектуры и строительства разработан образовательный проект для талантливой молодежи «Школа ГИПа» (автор статьи является соавтором учебного курса). Psychological and professional portrait of the chief project engineers (in the fi eld of design and construction) is given based on an analysis of the results of a sociological study conducted in the design and construction organizations of the Penza region by the author of the article. The resulting psychological and professional portrait will make it possible for young specialists to determine the development vector, reducing the time for them to reach professional growth points. For this, the Penza State University of Architecture and Construction has developed an educational project for talented youth “School of the State Intellectual Property” (the author of the article is a co-author of the training course).
