Popis:	The authors report on magnetotransport measurements on the solid solution Cd3(AsxP1-x)2 in stationary fields up to 17.3 T at liquid helium temperatures. The measurements are compared with those of Arushanov et al. (1982 Sov. J. Quantum Electron. 12 1256) on samples with electron concentrations about ten times higher and discussed with respect to possible models of the energy band structure. So at low carrier concentrations a four-ellipsoid model is proposed.
