Popis:	Globally cancer is a major public health problem, one out of 10 deaths occur due to cancer. Worldwide, cervical We report a case of 45 years old man found to have dextrocardia with situs inversus who presented with giddiness, fever, syncope, cough and respiratory distress. Chest radiography showed his heart in right hemithorax. ECG findings confirmed the location of heart on right side.
