Popis: | Soluble epidermal glycoproteins reactive with Concanavalin A (Con A) were eluted by means of affinity chromatography using Con A-conjugated Sepharose 4B. Studies on their immunogenicity and antigenicity revealed that the main components of pemphigus antigens are not identical with surface saccharides reactive with Con A. |
