Popis:	Given the fact that the potential future assets of an oil company are only indirectly quantifiable through geophysical, geological and other engineering measurements, the market value and the competitive positioning of an oil company is a direct function of the quantity, quality, integrity and resulting usability of its data assets. An exploration and production (E&P) data bank is a first step towards optimal utilization of these assets.
