Popis: | Outdoor inspection of solar modules is essential for monitoring performance in the field. Luminescence imaging has been proven to be one of the most efficient characterization techniques for solar modules. Recently, we proposed a contactless method to perform outdoor photoluminescence imaging of modules in the presence of sunlight. This paper discusses the incompatibility of the previously presented method with systems featuring module-level maximum power point tracking and proposes a new simplified contactless measurement method that is compatible with all inverter types. |
