The use of mobile applications aimed at the monitoring and promotion of care has been incorporated into the routine of patients to assist in the prevention and treatment of diseases and in the maintenance of health. The use of such technologies can facilitate communication between caregivers and patients and provide greater adherence to treatments for morbidities, since long-term medical treatment generates a large flow of information that needs to be shared among the users involved. Based on this context, this project proposes to investigate how the CareTaker mobile application can promote meaningful learning for the caregiver during care per se. The main purpose of the application is to assist caregivers and patients in health promotion through planned routines, medical records, forms, and hypervideo learning resources. In order to meet the objectives and the proposed problem, a theoretical foundation will be developed relating the themes m-learning, health care and usability. The research will be of applied nature, being characterized as explanatory. Regarding technical procedures, the research can be considered experimental, with a quantitative and qualitative approach. This project will consist of two studies. |
