A Novel Framework for Blockchain Based Driving License Management and Driver’s Reputation System for Bangladesh

Popis: In this paper, we reviewed the challenges and drawbacks of current licensing process such as lack of transparency, accountability, difficulties to track the provenance of information and assert traceability. As a solution to the issues we proposed a novel framework based on blockchain. We leveraged the key features of blockchain and smart contract to develop a better driving license management and drivers reputation system. We automated several tedious steps for a more efficient system. We explained our proposed framework, compared performance with existing traditional and digital systems before concluding with our future work.
