Popis:	A new gymnomitrane-type sesquiterpenoid, (−)-gymnomitr-8(12)-en-9β-ol, was isolated from the liverwort Marsupella aquatica together with the previously known marsupellone, acetoxymarsupellone, marsupellol and β-ylangen-4α-ol and their structures determined by extensive NMR techniques and chemical transformation. The absolute structure of (+)-eremophila-9,11-dien-8α-ol was established by the CD spectrum.
