This article is part of an exploratory study to identify quality criteria. We have decided to limit ourselves in this article to the criteria for the analysis of the benefits of the e-learning. We will present criteria reformulated from the specialized literature that makes sense for the actors interviewed. To this end, we have exploited a series of scientific productions that have been carried out since 2002. Afterward, we conducted interviews with actors involved in the e-learning (N=20). We have chosen, while adhering to a holistic approach, six dimensions (learner, tutor, pedagogical, organizational, political, and cultural) on which are distributed the different items that will be used to measure the quality of the e-learning.This article is part of an exploratory study to identify quality criteria.
