Popis: A total of 113 bull sharks, Carcharhinus leucas, frequented North Carolina waters between 1965 and 2011. Young entered Pamlico Sound, adults were captured throughout the year, most commonly May to September, and frequented fresh to ocean waters. Bull sharks have caused nine attacks between 1990 and 2011, all victims but one survived.
