| Popis: | Two cases of intraosseous vascular anomalies of the mandible--including surgical treatment and 10-year follow-up--are reported. Early aggressive resection not only resulted in resolution of symptoms and restoration of facial symmetry but also exhibited significant osseous regeneration without grafting. |
