Popis: Government subsidies are an important way to promote the cooperation between land and sea enterprises, but there is not much authoritative answer on how to quantitatively distribute government subsidies to increase the cooperation level and realize profit maximization of enterprises in land and sea. Based on the dynamic framework theory, differential game model based on government subsidies were constructed, the optimal equilibrium functions of land and land enterprises was obtained. The results show that:(1)Before government the cooperative effort of the land and sea enterprises and profit optimization of the land enterprises under cooperative game is maximization, but the profit optimization of the sea enterprises under cooperative game is minimization. (2)Government subsidies can effectively improve the cooperative effort and achieve profit and social optimization of the land and sea enterprises in The Nash non-cooperative game and the master-slave game, these cooperative effort is equal to the cooperation game and these profit optimization is greater than the cooperation game.(3) However, the optimal subsidy of sea enterprises under master-slave game and land and sea enterprises under cooperative game is zero, and the increasing government subsidy is not conducive to social benefit optimization. So, guiding land and sea enterprises to form cooperative game is the best choice to minimize the financial burden and maximize profit maximization.
