Popis: This paper gives an innovative scheduler which adapts the scheduling policy with the carried data. For throughput sensitive data, we propose to maximize the throughput by referring to the adaptive modulation and coding scheme. For time-sensitive data, we have addressed not only the enhancement of the quality of service but also a particular attention has been paid to overcome the problem of variation of the wireless channel.The originality of our proposal lies on the prediction used to give an anticipated vision about the wireless channel. We have considered the enhancement of the experienced quality of service by enhancing the trade-off between low delays and low packet loss ratio (PLR). Moreover, the overall system capacity has been enhanced by increasing the system spectral efficiency as well as the system throughput.
