Popis: | A series of bicyclic systems NBD1, NBD2, NBE1 and NBE2 appended with amide-triazole units, were designed and synthesized. These compounds showed colorimetric response to fluoride and phosphate. The binding studies were performed by UV–vis and NMR methods. Our studies demonstrated that bicyclo [2.2.1] system with peptide appended in an endo-cis stereochemistry is ideal for anion binding. Modelling studies also supported the experimental findings. |
