The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Optimization of level regulator settings of the dynamic model of the second circuit of BREST-OD-300 power unit». The given work is devoted to development and approbation of a method for optimizing the settings of the level controller of the mixing feedwater heater. The created calculation optimization complex is implemented by integrating the software platform for data analysis and optimization with the dynamic model of the secondary circuit of the BREST-OD-300 power unit. The regulator was tuned, followed by a check of the quality of regulation in transient conditions. The results of testing the calculation complex for solving optimization problems were presented. The optimization results were compared with the basic settings. As a result of the calculations performed, it was possible to determine the optimal settings for the level controller of the mixing feedwater heater as part of the dynamic model of the second circuit of the BREST-OD-300 power unit, which provide the best quality of regulation relative to the basic settings. The results obtained make it possible to implement the developed model for solving optimization problems at certain design stages. As part of further research, it is planned to test the calculation complex and apply a proven approach to optimize both control systems and the characteristics of valves or thermal-hydraulic equipment. |
