Popis: | Photoemission studies in the energy range up to 11 eV of cleaved trigonal crystals and evaporated films of selenium and tellurium prepared in a variety of ways, are described. Photoelectric yields, thresholds and work functions have been established. The electronic band structures for selenium and tellurium determined by experiment are compared with calculations. |
