Popis:	Primary tumours of the posterior wall of the pharynx are not frequent and until a few years ago were treated by radiotherapy. Two different cases of large resection of the posterior pharyngeal wall without laryngectomy and treated with two different types of revascularized free flaps are presented. Reconstruction of the posterior pharyngeal wall should be carried out using free tissue transfer if possible, especially when there has been previous radiation therapy.
