Popis: Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка предложений по развитию государственной системы таможенного регулирования». Данная работа посвящена изучению системы таможенного регулирования и разработке предложений по ее усовершенствованию. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: 1. Изучение Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð² государственной системы таможенного регулирования. 2. Анализ эффективности функционирования государственной системы таможенного регулирования. 3. Анализ эффективности нормативно-правового регулирования в таможенной сфере РФ. 4. Выявление проблем в функционировании государственной системы таможенного регулирования. 5. Выявление проблемы в нормативно-правовом регулировании таможенной сферы РФ. 6. Разработка предложений по совершенствованию государственной системы таможенного регулирования. 7. Разработка предложений по совершенствованию нормативно-правового регулирования таможенной сферы РФ. В процессе написания работы были выявлены 2 проблемы в функционировании государственной системы таможенного регулирования, а также 1 проблема в нормативно-правовом регулировании таможенной сферы РФ. В дальнейшем автором были разработаны предложения, реализация ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÑ‚ минимизировать ущерб, наносимый в том или ином виде этими проблемами государству.
The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Development of proposals for the development of the state system of customs regulation». The given work is devoted to studying the system of customs regulation and the development of proposals for its improvement. The research set the following goals: 1. Studying the theoretical aspects of the state system of customs regulation. 2. Analysis of the effectiveness of the state system of customs regulation. 3. Analysis of the effectiveness of regulatory and legal laws in the customs sphere of Russia. 4. Identification of problems in the functioning of the state system of customs regulation. 5. Identification of the problem in the regulatory and legal laws of the customs sphere of the Russian Federation. 6. Development of proposals to improve the state system of customs regulation. 7. Development of proposals to improve the regulatory and legal laws of the customs sphere of the Russian Federation.In the process of writing the work it was revealed two problems in the functioning of the state system of customs regulation, also one problem in the regulatory and legal laws of the customs sphere of the Russian Federation.In the research the author developed proposals, the implementation of which will help to minimize the damage caused by these problems to the Russian Federation.
