The proposed conceptual approach to the implementation of the strategy of financial support for the innovative development of the health care sector is based on considering the results of previous scientific studies, which are divided into areas of health care development, best international experience and their integration into a coherent concept with the results of our own research. The purpose of the development of the conceptual approach is to substantiate the regularities of financing the innovative development of the health care sector, identify the problems of financing the innovative development of the health care sector, systematize the principles and measures for solving these problems, which together made it possible to determine the strategic directions of the innovative development of the health care sector and the appropriate toolkit for strategy implementation within each of them. The author's approach created the basis for the implementation of the strategy of financial support for the innovative development of the health care sector and was materialized with the help of a conceptual design for the implementation of the strategy of financial support for the innovative development of the health care sector and a conceptual scheme for improving the financial support for the innovative development of the health care sector on the basis of the implementation of compulsory medical insurance. |
