An active and reactive instantaneous power control strategy for grid connected generation systems based on Wound Rotor Induction Machine (WRIM) is proposed on this work. An stator flux oriented reference frame is used to decouple the two proposed control strategies. Maximum reactive power reference limit is obtained which ensure the control system stability. An stator flux observer is used to achieve stator flux reference frame orientation and to build a fast rotor current control loop. Simulation results are shown to validate the dynamic response of proposed control strategies. |
