Popis:	A lot has been written about the strategic value of Six Sigma and the importance of champions and highly trained black belts. This study examines Six Sigma and its application from the perspective of the lesser-trained green belts who make significant contributions to the overall effort. A number of green belts in five different companies were interviewed to ascertain the nature of their training, their work, and the projects in which they were involved. Valuable insights were revealed in the process.
