This Smart PLS report is the first result of the study that has not been modified or eliminated non-significance constructs. One endogenous variable, one mediation variable, and two exogenous variables, which we could see that the path coefficient of External Lean Practice and Financial Performance toward the Use of Leans Strategy is not significant with P-Value 0.426 and 0.819, respectively. While Internal Leans Practice is the only exogenous variable that could explain lean strategy use in Medan City MSMEs production sector with a P-Value of 0.000. Furthermore, both the internal lean practice and external lean practice empirically could demonstrate financial performance with a P-Value of 0.000 and 0.028, respectively. |
