Paste cyaniding with induction heating of electrolytic iron coatings

Popis:	1. It was shown that paste cyaniding of electrolytic iron by induction heating is possible. 2. The optimal cyaniding parameters were determined: heating to 1000°C in 15–60 sec and holding 1 min. 3. After quencing in 15% alkali solution the hardness of the coating is HV 850-870; the indentations are plastic. 4. After slow cooling, an abnormality of the structure in the degree of separation of phases is observed. The abnormality increases with slow heating.
