Popis:	The literature contains sparse information concerning renal oxalate clearance. This situation is undoubtedly due to the lack of a widely accepted, accurate method for the determination of serum and plasma oxalate concentrations. We have developed a new radio- enzymatic isotope dilution assay (REIDA) that is specific, sensitive, and accurate1,2. This report describes its use in measuring urine and plasma oxalate concentrations in normal volunteer subjects and patients with renal calculi.
