Popis: | The ease of replication of digital content and the inability to prove its ownership is becoming a challenging task. Digital Watermarking techniques have been developed to protect the copyright of these contents. The technique exploits the limitations of human audio and visual system for incorporating the watermark into the digital multimedia content. Colored images have now replaced the gray-scale images and has become streamlined. The paper proposes an algorithm for watermarking colored images. The algorithm exploits the human visual limitations and incorporates some noise signals (watermark), in controlled manner, for proving content ownership. The paper proposes combined block DCT (Discrete Cosine Transformation) and HSI (Hue Saturation Intensity) color model transformation technique for incorporating the desired watermark inside it. |
