MECHANICAL BEHAVIORS OF PRECAST RC MEMBERS JOINTED VERTICALLY BY CAST IRON COUPLERS WITH DIFFERENT ANCHOR METHODS

Popis: | The connecting effectiveness of cast iron coupler connecting device for vertically connected slab members was examined through the results of mechanical behaviors from the loading test of jointed full scale precast RC (reinforced concrete) slabs. Main parameters were anchor methods of anchor rebar in bottom slab and dimensions and setting portions of strengthening plates at a connected corner. Both bending anchor rebar methods at upper parts or at lower parts of main rebars could not be supported higher load than monolithic members in spite of larger strengthening plates and good setting portions of strengthening plates. An anchored anchor rebar with anchor plate method could only be supported higher load than the monolithic members. Maximum bending crack widths of connected members were generally larger than ones of monolithic members. An open width at a connected surface was consisted of main parts of maximum bending crack width. An anchor length of 35D was enough considering that yield phenomena of anchor rebar were also observed at the connected surface in all anchor methods.実物のプレキャスト部材同士を鋳鉄製カップラー接合具を用いて垂直に接合した効果を、接合部材の力学的性状に基づいて検討した。主要因は底版におけるアンカー鉄筋の定着方法および隅角部に設置した補強プレートの配置位置と形状寸法である。アンカー鉄筋の定着長を35D採って底版に折り曲げたすべての定着方法では、補強プレートの配置位置と形状寸法にかかわらず一体型供試体と同程度以上の耐力を持たせることは難しかった。折り曲げずに垂直に下ろしてプレートで定着させた方法では同程度以上の耐力を示した。分割型供試体の接合面での開口幅は主に曲げひび割れ幅であり、一体型供試体よりも大きくなった。なおアンカー鉄筋は接合面で降伏した後に接合部材は破壊し、定着長は十分であった。 |
